What training do you provide?

Although our solution is one of the easiest dialers to use on the market, we have initial and ongoing training available in a variety of different methods to suit your needs.

  • Initially, you will receive an e-mail with your user name, passwords and videos for training.  Here you will schedule your installation and training with our support team.
  • Feel free to attend any of our daily public training sessions conducted by one of our associates.
  • View any of our training videos at your convenience by clicking here.
  • Contact any of our associates for ongoing training at any time.

What types of ongoing support do you provide?

Any time you have questions or need support, feel free to contact support via E-MAIL or LIVE CHAT on your agent website.  You can also contact any of our associates, view video tutorials on our website, and attend one of the public training sessions we do daily (10AM EST, 12:30 PM EST, and 4PM EST – Monday to Friday.; see below for details).

2. Audio will be provided through the microphone and speakers in your computer (a headset is recommended).


  • Your audio is automatically muted at the beginning of the webinar and will be unmuted at the end for questions, but you will have to click on “Start Broadcasting” in the upper left corner of your screen in order to do ask questions.
  • You can ask questions anytime during the webinar using the chat box at the bottom of your screen.
  • You do have the ability to mute/unmute your own line in the top left corner by clicking on the speaker to the right of your name as well as control your volume with the slider.
  • Please make sure your webcam is not showing by making sure there is a red line through the webcam icon to the right of your name.
  • If you want to increase the size of your screen you can click “Maximum Size” at the top right corner of your screen.
  • If this is your first time attending a meeting of this kind, we recommend that you take the SYSTEM TEST (http://www.instantpresenter.com/WebConference/systemtest) to make sure that your computer is ready to go.
